Re-tileling and re-refoofing due to a water leak
Not enough good things to say about this company. During the heaving
rainfall in late winter 2014, I notice a small leak in my garage. I live in a 4,200 sf 2 story house that is about 20 years old. I got some estimates from some other companies, who said they could not exactly pinpoint the problem but offered some focal repairs vs. total repair. I then ran across this company on Angie’s list, which was rated very high. I called, and within a few days, David Brunn came out and gave me some options on how
to resolve the problem. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and clear about the choices I had. I chose the option of re-tiling my entire roof. Although they had a full
schedule, I told him some parameters that I needed the repair done by and they were able to accommodate and get me in a little earlier due to my request. The crew came out as
scheduled and did a fantastic job. They projected 3-4 days, and it lasted 5 days due to
weather and an underestimation of the sf of the repair. Hellio and his group did an
incredible job, and they cleaned and vacuumed up everyday after they were finished. What I loved most about the service was that despite the longer than expected duration of the job, the larger than predicted sf, and the excess number of broken shingles they had to replace, they still charged me the same exact price as the projected price of the job.
Plus I have a 10 year warranty on the job. It has still to rain yet, so I have yet to
truly test the roof, but I am confident that the company would stand behind their
warranty. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing repairs. Ken from Tustin.
