Complete reroof of our single-story home and garage. Included permits, removal of
existing composition shingles, repair of damaged/rotted plywood and fascia board,
updating dormer vents, installation of new roof.

We’re newbies in the contracting world and were a bit apprehensive when we started our
search for someone to reroof our home. This was our first big project and we were worried about getting what we wanted without some of the problems you hear about “bad”
contractors or projects. We had four contractors come out – three well-rated from Angies List and one from Home Depot. The Angies List contractors were all in the same $10K to $11K price range. Home Depot was about $5K more.
