During the last large rain fall, I noticed a water spot on my living room ceiling and others in the garage. I checked Angie’s List and called the top 3 rated roofers on a Saturday. About an hour later Dave from AIA called. He was able to give me an early morning appointment for an estimate, so I wouldn’t miss work. I didn’t hear from the other roofers until later in the week. Since the house is 25 years old, Dave recommended a tile reset, which is taking off all of the tiles, putting down 2 sheets of roofing paper and laying the tiles on top. This saved me the expense of buying new tiles. Prior to them starting the job rain was predicted, so they covered the leaky parts of the roof with plastic. I was at work during most of the time of the reset, and Dave would send me daily updates with pictures. If I had any questions he was quick to respond. AIA wasn’t the cheapest of the estimates that I got, but they have the best reputation and have been Number 1 on Angie’s List for the last 10 Years.
