Complete roof removal and installation of composition shingles. Extensive fascia replacement required due to termite infestation and dry rot.

From the inital proposal through completion, the project was handled professionally. Jay Gioia, our project manager, responded to all queries via email and/or text messages within an exceptionally short time lapse. The work was accomplished quickly and to high quality standards.  Workers arrived as scheduled daily and worked into the early evening to complete the project on schedule.  Daily clean up was accomplished generally well. Some minor concerns at project conclusion were quickly and adequately addressed.
The final price was higher than the original estimate due to the need to replace a larger than anticipated amount of facia, rafter tails, and shiplap (due to termite infestation and dry rot). The damage was not evident until after the old roof was removed, so it could not have been accomodated in the inital proposal.
I can’t speak highly enough of “Above It All” roofing, and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement.
