Had a bit of trouble getting someone to call me back initially, but afterward the person I dealt with (Jay) was very responsive. Estimate was lower than 2 other companies. Schedule had to be continually postponed because of ridiculously long rain spell, but they covered the roof with heavy plastic during the storm (no extra charge) and fixed the roof directly afterward. Gave Angie’s List discount with no hassle. Have yet to see if there are any remaining leaks…(can’t be sure of quality until it rains again. However, Jay guarantees to return at least twice with no charge if there is a problem.) I would use them again.
