Removed both layers of roofing, repaired all termite damage to roof, and installed new roof.
Could have not gone better. I flew down to Santa Ana to check out the condition of a couple of rentals. One house needed a new roof. Since I was only in town for a couple of days, Dave made a special trip to give me an estimate. Once i accepted the estimate, we chose a date for the roof replacement. Dave took care of getting the permit and his workers arrived as scheduled. The tenants had no complaints about the process and the roof is beautiful.
