I own a commercial building downtown santa ana.  One of my tenants was experiencing a leak along their windows/wall every time it rains hard.  I contacted Above it All Roofing and was promptly called back to schedule an appointment to assess the situation.  Jay was super.  He came to my location and called me when he was on his way.  He looked around the building and on the roof top and said he’d send one of his foreman out to get up on a ledge to check out if there were any cracks, etc.  As promised, he called to let me know he was sending his crew out the next day.  He did not find any areas that were apparent that would cause the leak. (The tenant is on the first floor and it’s a 2 story building where the 2nd floor tenant doesn’t have a problem!)   As such, he added some tar to a few areas along the ledge of the roof and didn’t charge me anything!  He told me to contact him the next time it rains and if it fixed the problem, I will pay him then.  If not, he will come back out and look into it further. Now that’s what I call great customer service!  I will definitely call Jay should I ever have any roofing needs and recommend him.
