I liked every aspect of this experience. First, responsiveness and punctuality. I called on a Thursday evening and received a call back the next morning. Appointment was scheduled for the following Tuesday morning, when David showed up on time. Service was performed the following day. Professionalism. Both the lady that answered my call and David were professional over the phone. David is also very pleasant to talk to, over the phone and in person. He also gave me referral for a gutter company in case his own company doesn’t have the right part to fix our gutter. Quality of work. We were not there when they came to do the work. Upon coming home in the evening, we were very delighted to see that the damaged gutter was competed repaired and looks brand new. After staring at the ugly roof corner for a few months, we are very relieved and grateful that it is looking like new after such a smooth and pleasant experience
