Removed old roof (2 layers), added new roof with a layer of insulation, replaced all facia boards and termite damaged soffit boards.
Initial estimate by Jay was great. He was able to schedule a convenient time for me that was fairly quick from when I first called. The crew arrived on time each day and completely cleaned up the yard each afternoon. The project went a bit longer than expected — we had quite a bit of termite damage so Jay and his crew took the extra time to ensure all of the damaged wood was replaced. They ran into an issue with putting back up my gutters so they brought in a separate gutter company who redid my gutters for me at no extra charge.
