Jay from Above It All, came out and did an estimate to repair dry-rot and update fascia and starter boards. They also repaired a few broken tiles and updated flashing that was worn.
Everything went very smoothly. Jay was punctual and professional. They took the agreed upon amount of time, and in the end everything looked great.
