Repaired roof leaks:  removed section of concrete tiles, replaced underlining, added flashing, replaced tiles.

They answered the call on our first attempt and came out on a Saturday, to accommodate our work schedules. They inspected our roof and provided an estimate to fix a couple of leaks in our concrete tile roof. He took the time to explain what was needed now, and in the long-term, answering all of our questions and assuring us that our concrete tiles were in  great shape and would not need to be replaced.  They scheduled a time within the week for the repairs.  But when rain was forecasted, they called us to see if they could come sooner, before the rain, to avoid further damage — during Thanksgiving week!   They were careful not to disturb the Christmas lights that we already had on the house — not one was damaged!  We truly appreciate the fine customer service and professionalism of everyone we encountered.  They guarantee their work and told us to call if there were any concerns.  The amount charged was the same as the estimate, and we would definitely call Above It All Roofing again and highly recommend them.
