I contacted three roofers from Angie’s list, originally for a repair, but the consensus was I needed a whole new roof. Above It All was the least expensive proposal and the longest guarantee. Jay Gioia, the project foreman, was wonderful to work with and was ahead of the curve on every aspect (air conditioner & TV dish on roof, permits, etc,). When the need for new wood to replace the rotted under-wood became extreme, Jay gave me a wonderful discount not only on the unexpected discovery, but on the original quote! Jay did not demand any up-front money (the other two roofers did). Even when the job completion was delayed by two weeks due to the subcontractor skylite company (not Above It All’s fault) Jay would not accept a penny in payment until the roof was 100% finished and I was completely satisfied.
Would I use Above it All again? Yes—-and I did ten days later! I was in need of broken roof tiles on a second propery and Jay got me an instant quote (75% less expensive than another I had received before) and the work was finished before the rain came! Mike (owner) has really put together a first-class company!!!! Thanks you guys….
