I liked that they were very prompt in responding to our first email requesting estimates. I was impressed that, Mike, the owner came out and took a lot of time explaining in detail what the estimate entailed and what each portion of the estimate was. When they came out to do the work they were very prompt and they came out right on time with the appointment. They had a crew of very polite guys who came out to do the roof replacement. There were a couple of times when they could have cleaned up after themselves a little bit better, however they tried. I felt that they had a very good price, because some of the other companies that we got estimates from wanted quite a bit more. They were always right back to us when we emailed or called with a question or concern. I have been pleased with their service.
