Removed old roof and re-roofed entire home. Replaced all fascia boards. Replaced some damaged plywood. Examined the roof to determine what needed to be done. We jointly decided to strip off the old roof and start with a fresh, new one and not re-roof over the old. The City was not going to let us use the shingle we originally choose. Above it All negotiated with them but to no avail and we had to choose a different color shingle, which meant that we had to re-roof our patio (which was just built 12 years ago) just to match the new color of the rest of the home. Above It All gave us a great deal to add on the patio roofing. AIA called & gave us a start date, which happened to be on a Friday. They arrived in the morning, stripped the old roof off and covered the roof in plastic for the weekend, just in case it rained. They returned to our home on Monday and by Tuesday we had a beautiful new roof and the City Inspector gave us the final inspection on Thursday. All the guys were very professional and friendly. Scott and his guys are a hard working crew and would recommend them to anyone. We feel secure knowing that these guys know their stuff and we’ll be high and dry for many years to come.
