I emailed the company to see if they could send someone out to reset a couple of loose tiles on our roof. They got back to me in just a couple of hours and actually sent someone out that day! The employee came out at the designated time. They repaired the loose tiles and even found a couple that were cracked. Since I had replacement tiles already, they went ahead and replaced the cracked tiles for me. They did this all free of charge! Outstanding service. I will use them again in the future.
