House was built in 1960.  Single story 1238 sq. ft.  Average sloping roof and has two gables.  Existing asphalt roofing was 27 years old. Above It All Roofing obtained and posted permit from the city.
A new layer of 30# felt was stapled over the existing roofing.  Next the new fiberglass asphalt shingles were installed. Ridge material was added.  Sealing where required was completed and pipes were painted to match roofing material.
