Tile roof tune up, including caulk, seal and paint all pipe and vent flashings. Included new felt paper and drip edge metal and replacement of missing bird stops. Cleared all debris from roof and gutters. Replaced 19 facia boards on two story house.
Entire process went smoothly. Spent almost the entire week on the project. All work was completed as contracted. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional. A couple of months after the work was completed high winds blew off the water heater vent cap. They replaced the vent cap for no charge. We would definitely use them again.
