As a newcomer to the Los Angeles area, I was nervous when I discovered that I had a flat roof leak and knew I had to search out the services of a roofing company.  I consulted Angies’s list and noticed a company with sterling reviews from many past customers, so I picked up the telephone and made an appointment.   Jay from Above It All Roofing, Inc. arrived at our appointment at exactly the time he committed to meeting with my husband and me.   From the moment we met Jay, we felt at ease.  He exhibited a warm and friendly demeanor.  Jay examined our problem and explained to us several solutions to correct our roofing problem with our budget in mind.  Because of the complexity of our situation, Jay also explained that we may need to consult with a general contractor who could address our problem,  because it involves several repair issues beyond the scope of roofing alone. He has made contact with us several times after our initial meeting to re-examine the situation and offer his expertise. If and when we have any other roofing issues, we will be sure to call Jay first, someone we consider to be an honest, caring, and trustworthy contractor.
