Repaired roof leak adjacent to sunroof, provided health check on rest of roof and addressed a couple minor issues.
Noticed paint bubbling up over a large area in our entryway…the last thing I wanted to deal with just before the holidays. As the area experienced heavy rainfall, I figured it would be tough to get quickly get someone out to take a look. The first vendor said it would be at least a week before he could come by, and he couldn’t even commit to a date. I next called Above it All and spoke to Jay. Jay was able to come by the next day and
quickly turned around a quote that I deemed reasonable. Alejandro and team showed up the following week and in about 3 hours repaired the cricket which was the main issue and
also cleared some blockages elsewhere on the roof. Two days later we had additional rainfall and the work held up without issue.
Was very impressed with Jay’s responsiveness and Alejandro’s work…would definitely
utilize their services again and recommend without hesitation.
