Total replacement of the roof. Two story house that is over 4000 sq ft (interior). Had to pull off wood shingles, repair termite damage and
wood rot. Type of roof is shingle composition.
Very professional staff from owner to workers. Job was done on time and on schedule with excellent cleanup. The job cost more than
anticipated but the bid was clearly written with respect to additional charges if wood rot/termite damage was found. Note that the roof was over30 years old. Dave provided details on what they found after the roof was removed and what needed to be replaced and why. Thanks for a job
