Professional, courteous and timely from the beginning. The owner responded to my Angie’s List inquiry immediately, on a weekend yet and that kind of response was indicative of all my future dealings with this company. I received a call to let me know the representative would be a mere 15 minutes late due to traffic when he came out to give me an estimate. The owner and local rep, David, came to the initial visit. Constant communication with updates as to timing, etc. Already having an idea of what the job should cost, I was so impressed with this company that I did not bother to get any more estimates. Job finished timely and the cleanup was excellent. I suppose I can’t speak as to the total success of the job until rainy season, but I am not really worried.
