Had a roof leak in recently purchased, 10-year-old home due to improperly installed skylight flashing. We’d had the roof inspected by someone else prior to closing, but they didn’t catch this. Called David at Above It All roofing, they came out promptly and managed to remove all of the tiles, re-do the flashing and close it all up in a matter of hours. No more leak!
If you need roof repair, I would highly recommend Above It All. We wish we had hired Above It All to do the roof inspection prior to closing… would have saved us a lot of trouble.
