Jay returned my initial call the same day and was out to give us a quote within a few days.  His quote was significantly less than the other quotes we got, but we did not make our decision solely on price.  He said they would do a tune up of our entire roof as well as fixing the leak (and described in detail what would be done) as well as giving us a warranty of 2 return trips back should the roof leak again in the same area.  This could be in 2 months or 10 years!  We were very impressed by that aspect.  When they returned to do the work, Jay surprised us by saying the leak area ended up being smaller than initially thought so the cost was actually about $500 less than the original quote!  They did a great job (just rained and no leak!), were very professional and worked neatly.  Our dogs even liked Jay – and they usually bark at anyone they don’t know!!  We would definitely recommend Above it All Roofing.
