Our old wood shake roof was removed, as well as the roof underneath it.  The previous owners had installed a second roof over the existing one.
We had extensive termite damage and dry rot.
All dry rotted fascia, shiplap and rafter tails were replaced..  Radiant barrier plywood was installed.  
New roof installed with GAF Timberline High Definition Shingles in Hickory.
Rain gutters and TV antenna were removed and hauled away.

Jay Gioia was our Project Manager.  We love our new roof and it was a stress-free experience.  Jay took care of everything.
Throughout the project, Jay was professional, patient and easily accessible.  His crew arrived on time, kept the project on time, and left a clean work site at the end of each day.  We have received so many compliments on our new roof from our neighbors.  It has added tremendously to our curb appeal and peace of mind to know that we have a sound new roof over our heads.
