I met with the project manager, Jay Gioia, to point out leaky areas on the roof. He took a
look and recommended a tune-up, which they scheduled and took care of promptly. He is an
excellent communicator – sent emails with updates on the scheduling, and the crew seems to
have done a good job – no leaks during the last rain storm. I plan on using them again in
the future.
