Dave came out and gave us an estimate on our approx 2000 sqft, partial 2 story house. He was prompt and professional. We scheduled the service for our convenience, but. he offered us an even earlier date! The team arrived on Monday morning promptly on time and began to remove our roof. Dave was here and made sure to answer all of our questions. The team worked quickly and cleanly. The roof was removed by noon and they began to replywood. The inspector came on Tuesday morning and signed off on the progress. By Tuesday afternoon we had shingles being installed. By Wednesday most of the house was done and they completed the job on Thursday. The team who worked was very clean and personable. They were friendly and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves. The company took care of all interfacing with the city for permitting and inspection and made sure that we as the homeowners understood every step of the process. They were wonderful and did a great job! 

Dave did the initial consultation, but didn’t just close the deal and walk away. He had his finger on the pulse of the entire project. We knew he was busy but gave us the sense we were his most important client when he spoke to us!
