I contacted Above it All Roofing by email and heard back from Jay the same day.  I explained that we needed one tile repaired (a very small job) which Jay said he could look at the next day as he had a job close by.  As promised, Jay did go by our house and reported back that we had several tiles that needed repair and provided an estimate.  He also said that he could complete the job two days later which he did.  His foreman arrived promptly and completed the job to my husband’s satisfaction.This might be a little thing but since I read email throughout the day, it was great that Jay did too so we were able to communicate easily to get the job done.  Thank you Jay (and your foreman); should we need additional repairs in the future, we’ll give you a call.
