I called them to replace a clay tile that had fallen from my roof. They responded almost immediately and fixed the tile free of charge. The also gave me an estimate to reset the tiles (something which will need to be done soon and I’ve been asking about). Their estimate to reset the tiles on my roof was about 3000 dollars cheaper than other estimates I’d received.
