I called a few roofers to get estimates and surprisingly, very few called me back. Mike called me back within 24 hours and we set up an appointment for an estimate a few days later. Mike had a job that was running long so he called me to let me know. We rescheduled and he showed up right on time. He asked a lot of questions and explained the solution he recommended completely. He wrote up an estimate and I called him a day or two later to schedule the repair. Because of the rain, it had to wait a few days. The repair required 2 visits to apply the coating. Both times his crew was on time and professional. The work was completed on time and well. It hasn’t rained yet, but if it still leaks, I would call Mike back again. Mike even repaired a shingle at no additional cost to me.
