Jay and foreman were earily to the Saturday 7:30 AM appointment. Foreman checked everything on the home inspection concern list. Verified correct installation in most areas. Observed incorrect installation of several feet of edge tiles. Foreman showed me the problem. Jay gave estimate to repair tile installation. The estimate and discount was quite reasonable. They said that they could do the repairs now.I asked them to proceed. They used the spare edge tiles I had from the original installation to replace tiles broken during removal and re-installation of 40 feet of edge tiles. Mastic sealing applied where needed. Start to finish under 3 hours and roof is better than new.
