The price we paid was reasonable — I feel like you should always be getting multiple bids for any job, but should look at the value provided by each company versus just the price alone. I would rather deal with a pleasant, responsive company for a higher price, rather than a company that is difficult to deal with or dodgy in communication. Dave was a pleasure to deal with, super responsive and easy to communicate with. It is always a challenge being remote because we don’t actually get to see the work being done, or the completed product, and it is quite a hefty investment. Dave sent numerous pictures to keep us in the loop. He answered our questions usually within an hour, and gave us comfort that the job was in good hands. We communicated some of our concerns during the project, and those were addressed reasonably and quickly as well.
