There were 2 broken tiles and a hole in the felt paper that cause the leak on the roof.
Dave, the project manager, contacted our tenant at the house and coordinate the job. After the inspection, Dave, informed me there were 2 broken tiles and a hole in the felt paper that caused the leak on the roof. He texted me the pictures of before and the after the repair.
Dave and the team was very professional and accommodating.
I have already mentioned how wonderful and quick their service was to my co-workers and they would like to use their services when needed.
