Although it turns out I didn’t have a roof leak, Dave couldn’t have been more helpful. I had Servpro come out to my house simultaneously to check for moisture (required by my insurance company in case a claim needed to be filed). Dave was kind enough to stick around and made sure I understood what was going on and what was necessary. Had there been a leak he was honest and said that his company was unable to fix the repair for a couple of months due to El Nino, but kindly recommended two competitors that could possibly get me in sooner. Efficient, knowledgable, honest guy…what more can you ask for!
