Jay arrived on time Saturday to review the job and gave me a reasonable estimate. We scheduled the repair for Wed but had to reschedule for Thursday. This morning Jay and his crew arrived on time with their tools and replacement tiles. By lunchtime the work was finished and the yard was cleaned up. Even though there were 120 tiles needing work.
