I used Above It All Roofing to fix a leak in my roof in early 2012.  Jay Gioia was the contractor, and I felt Jay and his workers did a great job.  Unfortunately, during a follow-up service call, Jay’s crew found that my tile roof was placed on an existing wood shingle roof.  The original roof was old, and the two roofs combined was too much weight.  My roof needed a major repair.  I was pleased with the Above it All Roofing’s work, so I didn’t get any other estimates or speak with other companies.  I hired Above It All Roofing to install a new roof.  First they removed the roof tiles and completely removed the existing wood shingle roof.  Then they installed the plywood, 2 layers of felt, and new flashings.  Rotted fascia boards were replaced.  My tiles were still in good shape, so I was able to re-use them and save some money.  Finally, they professionally power washed the tiles.  The new roof looks awesome, no more rotted fascia boards, and the power wash really cleaned up appearance of the tiles.  They even removed the old antenna off the roof.         

It was a pleasure working with Above It All Roofing.  Contractor Jay Gioia is very knowledgeable and professional.  He kept me updated on the status of the project, and stopped by a few times to make sure everything was going according to schedule.  He took care of the permits and was at my home when the city inspector came by.  Jay’s crew were on time each day, and they kept the area as neat and clean as possible during the project.  I did have to clean out the garage after the project was completed, but other than that, they did a great job cleaning up.  I would highly recommend Above It All Roofing, and will definitely use their services again.
