Tear off 2 layers of old roofing (wood shingle and asphalt shingle) and install a new roof.
I worked with Dave and he was great. He came out to give me an estimate and brought samples of types of shingles that could be installed. He walked the existing roof getting measurements and noting the condition of the existing roof. He pointed out areas where the roof had deteriorated and showed me how the shingles were failing and coming loose.After getting estimates from 3 other roofing companies, I chose Above It All. The roof tear off began at 7:00 on a Monday morning and the team was finished in the early afternoon and they did a fine job with the cleanup, because tearing off a wood shingle roof is VERY messy. Plants and air conditioner condenser were all covered to protect them from falling shingles. The roofing crew arrived just as the tear off crew left and the new roof began that afternoon. Helio and his crew replaced any bad wood that was discovered and the new roof was completed on Wednesday afternoon. 3 days total. All the workers were very professional and respectful of the property. I don’t think things could have gone smoother. Overall a nice experience with Above It All. I highly recommend them. If you need roofing, I would definitely include them when you are getting estimates
