Complete tear off of existing roof and re-roofed with comp shingles
Scott came out and did the original estimate and due to having older wood shingles we had to completely remove the existing roof, apply plywood sheets and re-roof with composition shingles. Scott was very professional, friendly and applied no sales pressure at all. His quote was very reasonable, actually less than I anticipated. We set a date and his crew was on time everyday and ensured the entire yard was spotless before they left. They paid extra attention to the driveway to spot any nails, etc.. that might cause damage, which I greatly appreciated. Before the job was finished, Scott contacted me and said he noticed there was not enough vents in the roof, so he was adding three more (at no additional cost!). They completed the job ahead of time, even painting all of the existing vents to match the roof color. I have to say I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail and the extra effort Scott and the crew took to ensure everything was top notch. I would highly recommend Above it all Roofing to anyone. The quality can’t be beat and their prices are very reasonable.
