Coto de Caza

We had been putting off getting a new roof for a few years. Prior to COVID, we had Dave give us a quote, along with a few other roofers. Dave’s quote was competitive at that time, so when we decided to finally put on the new roof, we called him back to quote again. When some others decided to gouge due to COVID and supply issues, Dave produced a still-competitive quote. He also took a lot of time with us – explaining the process, the materials, any variable costs that we might see once the old roof was off. (Wood needed to replace areas of dry rot, etc.) I definitely felt like he was patient and wanted to make the project work for us. So, we finally gave him the greenlight and then the crew descended on our house! These guys worked hard, full days and were quite nice when I had to shepherd my kids in and out of the house to school, etc. You could tell that safety is a top priority for this crew. They also left the job site neat at the end of each day, which was much appreciated. I think the best thing about this process is that Dave was checking in daily either in person or via phone to make sure everything was okay. And, he was there on the last day to do the walk around and make sure we were happy with everything. There was one tweaked gutter from the demo crew that Dave made sure got fixed immediately – at their expense – the next day. No begging or haggling or endless follow-up. It was a great experience start to finish!
