We needed a new roof before solar panels could be installed. There were deadlines required. Additional work was discovered after the old roof was removed. It all got done in time and on a highly professional manner.
Like most roofing jobs, you start with a quote which is to just do the roof. But there is almost always other damage- termites, dry rot, etc. So the price goes up to fix all the other issues uncovered once the old roof is removed. But Dave and Above It All Roofing did a great job and got everything done in time, even though the costs went up appreciably, almost 25% more, by the time the job was done. Still I am very happy that they were able to get it all done in time for the solar contractor to start their work.
