I called Above It All Roofing for a quote to repair my roof. The leak was showing in the vaulted ceiling of my living room. Scott came out and got up on the roof and told me that the issue was in the valley where two sections of roof come together to form a V shape. I originally found Above it All Roofing on Angie’s List and decided to call them out due to their excellent rating. Scott quoted me on doing just the repair and also quoted me on a tile reset. The tile reset was outside my budget at the time. I truly was more in need of just the repair and currently that was all my budget would allow. I’d also researched and had chosen two other roofers to quote me from the list of roofers that were rated on Angie’s List. I was very impressed with Scott’s professionalism and that of Above it All Roofing, he walked me through the issue and what he had found, he completely explained what he would do. I did not choose his company for two reasons. First, his quote was a little higher than the two other companies. Secondly, he could not provide a warranty on repairs where the other companies both offered me warranties on repairs.
Overall, their company is thorough, professional and highly skilled in the roofing industry. If I were to need a whole roof replaced I would definitely consider them in the future. I would also consider them down the road for a tile reset. I do think however, they should consider offering warranties on repair work. That would make them more competitive with other roofing contractors who do offer them.
