AIAR replaced three layers of old shingles with a new composite shingle roof. The job included replacing the underlayment, some facia boards, decking, and shiplap. They did an outstanding, professional job from removal of the old roof, rain gutters and downspouts to installation of new components wherever required. The crew arrived on time, was very competent, maintained a clean and orderly workplace, and was very nonintrusive. The entire job was finished in two days, which was only half of the time allowed for completion. Basically, no complaints.
