I had a general inspector mention that I should have a roofing company check the roof before completing my purchase and so I called Above it All Roofing. On the day of the inspection, I got to the property 10 minutes before they were scheduled to be there only to find David and another gentlemen (sorry I forgot his name) already there and out of the car. They went on the roof and found no issues, which was somewhat embarrassing. My general inspector had me kind of worried about the roof but David said everything looked good. I am happy to save money, but I felt bad about using up their time. They were completely ok with it, they said it’s just part of the job they do, and they seemed genuinely happy for me for the roof being in such good condition. If I ever see a leak or need a roof tile replaced, I’ll call them again.
