He responded on an emergency basis to inspect my roof after a serious earthquake.
I was hit by the LaHabra/Brea/Fullerton earthquake. My chimney moved and tore some tiles off my roof. With rain expected within a couple days, I needed a roofer to inspect and make recommendations. I went to Angie’s List, and Above it All was the only highly-rated roofer to return my call on a Saturday morning. David Brunn called me within a few minutes, and though he wasn’t working that day, he came to my house within about 30 minutes. He climbed on my roof, temporarily dealt with my issue, and made some recommendations for repairs after I have someone else check out my chimney and repair the flashing all along the chimney. After he got down, he provided me with various options and explained them to me, and he did not charge me for the visit. I will be doing additional roof repairs in the near future and I definitely will be calling David Brunn.
