We worked with David Brunn once again and it was another good experience. He is a pleasure to work with, personable and through, follows up at least daily, usually more frequently with his crew to assure all is going as planned. He answers and responds to any questions timely and is available for quick responses. The crew is excellent and cleans up daily and covered pool and decking to protect them from debris. They installed cap sheet on patio covers with new flashing. Installed fiberglass base sheet. Removed existing roof and hauled away all debris. Rain was forecasted and the crew worked on Thanksgiving to finish the job. It is a pleasure to work with a company, the owner and their representatives and crew that know their job and take pride in doing it well.
We needed roof repair or replace for 3 flat roofs. The back patio, a cabana roof, and a 2 car garage and storage area roof. (They had replaced/repaired the main house cement tile roof 2 years ago and did an excellent job then, so we didn’t hesitate to use them again. Also our neighbors used them for a new roof, days before this work began and they were pleased with their new roof.)
